Fresh, dried, seeds or ground? Seeds and ground will be found at local indian markets. I use fresh cilantro for coriander, and have never seen dried coriander leaves (I've used dried cilantro, but it doesn't impart the same flavor).
There is also Google and Amazon if our help is useless.
The green plant as well as the seed. But they have much different flavors, and generally coriander/cilantro leaf is used to garnish/flavor a curry just at the end of cooking.
Looking through the replies on Twitter, it looks like he's looking for a really big coriander seed. I'm not sure if he's mistaken about the size of coriander seeds or if there's another strain that's much larger than the bulk seeds you can buy at any of the stores listed.
