We should take it on back to the Articles of Confederation and keep our tax dollars here in the colony of Massachusetts. Federalism seemed like a good idea at the time, but we clearly made a huge mistake.

But Trump doesn't care or hasn't considered whether Trumpcare or Trump's budget buries Massachusetts and ruins Baker's re-election.
Here's where Trump puts the money; the war industry, the domestic policing agencies, the fossil fuel industry, Wall Street, billionaires and the national security and surveillance agencies.

Draining federal money from MA
A lot of people make a nice middle class living as administrators for these programs. Trump looks and says they are never voting for me so why are we propping them up.

and Trumpcare. We already have this thing called Medicaid that the states can decide for themselves how to implement. For MA, RomneyCare worked well, other states, especially in the south, go the opposite route and offer next to nothing,including greatly restricting Medicaid. That's their business.

Baker is simply a do-nothing fake Republican! What has he done for the people here since he's been elected? Nothing! He's just filling a corner seat to keep the Democrats happy in the legislature. What the hell does he know about how Trump's healthcare plan would effect people in this state. It can't be any worse than what ObamaCare has done! This fake Republican should have run as a Democrat!

I find it interesting that we have difficulty balancing the state budget every year Baker is in office and that'll only get worse if Trump's or Ryan' budget goes through.
