I've only gone there for band replacements but Yuri's Watches on Newbury has very good reviews. Yuri himself is a bit gruff but he gets the job done.

He's always done good work - on time - reasonably priced. Per the above - our repairs are simple - but he seems extremely competent for more detailed work.
