I've only gone there for band replacements but Yuri's Watches on Newbury has very good reviews. Yuri himself is a bit gruff but he gets the job done.

I've been using him for years to restore and repair (mostly antique, mechanical) wristwatches. He stands behind his work.

He's always done good work - on time - reasonably priced. Per the above - our repairs are simple - but he seems extremely competent for more detailed work.
