How can a person that's graduated from the Brookline High School be disciplined by them? I assume the article is referring to the presently enrolled students. Adam, can you help us by commenting on whether the code of conduct for Brookline students covers off-campus behavior or whether this more involves state anti-bullying laws?

The student has been reported to his college

1) They're intolerant of alternative viewpoints!
2) This video is just asking questions!
3) First amendment!

Did I miss anything?

4) Where are the actual videos?

as they're "allegedly racist" (to quote the Glob(e)).

But if you want to hear those type of words, just go to YouTube and download nearly any hip-hop song.

Thanks for revealing your true, er, colors, RM.

The threat is real.

than Lynn Mooney-Teta, formerly of BLS. If this situation follows a similar trajectory, he will be in for some major trouble- he should probably hire a lawyer and a PR firm ASAP. The whole: "We disciplined the racist students, but unfortunately the discipline is private" thing sure didn't work out too well for her.
