While Boston was underwater due to poor infra. Meanwhile, reinforcing Aquarium's headhouse after the last storm wasn't an emergency, but building a private $100,000 kitchenette and bathroom at MassDOT was. wtf

Who are all these news operations racing against? You're the (expletive) news. I'm going to watch whether you stand in the floodwater or not.

Regardless of what insanely immature gimmicks you decide to pull.

I wonder if it's actually taking damage yet. The engine is probably still fine...

It may be the sandbags are working, but they can't let people in because sandbags are blocking the door. :-)

(Or they don't want people exiting onto a flooded road.)

the water is getting into to Aquarium Station somehow and thus it is closed.

Sealing the entry keeps sea water out of the entry ... and the escalators and such.

I think the problem is that they can't sandbag a zillion leaks through the brick walks and the soil in the surrounding area and into to tunnel.

Anyone want to meet for lunch at the BPDA Waterfront Cafe?
