I'm in Upham's Corner.
It went around 9 last night. Called it in, got an initial projection of 11 PM. That passed with no improvement, then a robocall at 11 PM. I went to bed, woke up at two and power was still out. 4:25 AM robocall said 8 AM. 8 AM robocall said 11 AM.

Before the 11:09 call, I had missed a 10:59 AM robocall that went to voicemail - that one changed the projection to 12:00 PM.

Eversource automatic system said it was to complete work from the night before. Power came back on around 1:30 AM.
