Here's hoping that the woman's assailant gets arrested, tried for and charged with attempted rape and assault. It would serve her assailant right if he ended up in the slammer for awhile. Here's hoping he does.

I wonder if this is the same perp from the attack in Allston a few weeks back. Sounds about the right age and similar time of night.

He should serve, upon adjudication and conviction, a harsh sentence. This was a very violent crime.

Only 6 perps out of 1000 get jail time for sexual assault/rape. Yet another reason victims don't report.

You can't be the anon who made up about 7 things on the Statie/skateboard post are you?

Their sources are the FBI and the DOJ, who don't tend to make things up.

It gives several reasons why people don’t report. The 6 out of 1000 is not really accurate. 70% of those don’t report so how can you include them in your premise......

The number can still be read as 6 incarcerate for every 310 reported, which is still bad.

Says she was attacked early Sunday morning. Did they mean early Saturday morning instead?

Otherwise he could end up on the Supreme Court in 30 years.

Or Governor of Arkansas in 1 year.

There appears to be evidence in this case.

He could be illegal, the article doesn’t say.

And there’s also this: He was also wanted in Boston for statutory rape of a child.

Nice try though. You did get some likes for that dumb ass comment, so a big congratulations to you.

Eyewitness testimony from a victim is apparently only considered evidence when it's not someone you like, got it

Within the hour is far more believable than waiting 30+ years, don’t you think? Plus, this woman went to the authorities and didn’t get in touch with a politician.

Ford istill sn’t interested in going to the authorities about this. But her claims weren’t politically motivated at all.

Does this make sense or is your head still buried in the sand?

We all know that even if you knew the allegations were true, you still wouldn't care. (Unless that person is possibly illegal as evidence by...their Hispanic-name, apparently)

if there were evidence I’d say get him the hell out of there. Still haven’t seen any.

I’m not so blinded by party lines (like most people here) that id ignore evidence.

By the way, those Clinton folks are swell people, huh?

He could be illegal

YOU could be illegal. Show me your papers!

I have papers that show I was born here. Where shall we meet so you can peruse them?

Human beings aren't "illegal", Pete. But nice try.

Laws exist to prevent/dissuade people from illegally entering the country

Humans illlegally enter said country

Said humans would then be “illegals”

Did I miss anything, Mr./Mrs. Bleeding Heart?
