Looks like a Ferrari
Just an educated guess but a Ferrari 488 GTB
Was that the Lamborghini that
Was that the Lamborghini that went on fire? There was a posting on Alert Page Boston.
Hmmm
Lamborghini Inflagrante?
Didn't those have a self-roasting feature when driven aggressively in stop and go traffic?
I don't know
what Lamborghinis are like today, but in the old days of the 55-mile-an-hour speed limit, the Countach had the reputation of being the only car you could not legally take out of first gear in the United States.
Ducati
The Ducati 999 (mid 2000's) was similar. Very tall 1st gear.
(also tall bike, I couldn't ride it)
Haha
Eat the rich
I'm sure this guy will opt
I'm sure this guy will opt for a McLaren from now on.
Owner's Instagram
Apparently the lambo's owner's instagram is @grewuppoor_notanymore
After the Fire Department
After the Fire Department extinguished the engine fire, they tore it apart with a jaws of life to hit some of the hot spots. Also took them awhile to get the battery disconnected, as the lights were on for some time even as the hulk was still smoldering.
They don't get
Lamborghini fires often and they are expensive to train on. Everyone went home safe, which is what's important.
Usually the loudest one in the room is the brokest
I won't speculate on the cause of fire just yet but often the person with the most expensive car can't afford it or maintain it.
Although a fire can happen to any vehicle, I had very few Hyundais or cheaper makes (per vehicles sold) to catch fire in traffic.
Design Flaw
I believe there was a design flaw with Lamborghinis:

Seems that these car-b-ques result from fuel system issues when people rev them too much in traffic or when the engine is very hot.
Yes there is a few videos on
Yes there is a few videos on YouTube of someone reviving and the muffler starting to spit flames then the car just engulfs
That was a project car...
Look up the definition of that. And knowing that its a project car, its possible one or two things done to it was wrong, and this was the result.
Not quite
If you read the linked tweet, it was going to be modded, but had not yet been touched.
I won't speculate
(proceeds to speculate)
