A Suffolk Superior Court jury today convicted Tyshawn Cummings, Tyshawn Sanders and Jamari Manning of the murder of Shawn Border as he vacuumed his minivan on Oct. 18, 2016, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.
Their convictions for first-degree murder carry an automatic sentence of life without the possibility of parole.
The three circled around Border on Dorchester Avenue, near Dix Street, twice before Sanders got out of the car and shot Border to death.
Among the evidence against the three: Location data from the GPS device Cummings was wearing as a condition of his bail while awaiting trial on a 2015 gun charge.
