Planned Parenthood notes that Gov. Baker today signed a measure under which the state will make up any money Massachusetts health centers that treat the poor might lose if the current administration in Washington is allowed to cut off funding to health centers that advise patients of their constitutional rights to birth control and abortion.
The measure Baker signed - passed overwhelmingly by both houses of the legislature - will make up any loss of funding to centers that treat roughly 75,000 Massachusetts residents a year.

That's the wrong question. The question is, "Where does it say in the constitution that the government has a right to restrict birth control?"
The constitution does not work by granting rights to people, it works by restricting the rights of government.

Where in the Constitution does it say you have the right to scratch your own ass?
