Couple could be about to learn that Sullivan's at Castle Island has a surveillance video system

State Police have released this photo of a couple wanted on charges they stole somebody's iPhone at Castle Island yesterday.

UPDATE: The two individuals have come forward and the phone will be returned to the owner.

Sounds like they found a phone on the ground and just picked it up. Not what I would call "theft".
