I'm all for creative ways to promote science and math education for our city's young minds, but I'm not sure how any of this makes sense. Is the RAF flying over to promote STEM education in the UK? Or are they flying over to promote STEM education in the US? In which case shouldn't it be the US Air Force promoting US STEM education? Also, I'm wondering how the flyover results in STEM education: is there some kid in JP or Eastie that looks up at the sky and says, "Now I want to be a mathematician!" ?
Again, great if this all works to boost STEM learning (and it was a great display, too). I'm just wondering about how this actually computes :)

And so they left, less than a year later, giving us the St. Patrick's Day Parade, um, Evacuation Day.
