Ever since I read several years ago about Dukakis doing this I have been freezing my turkey carcass and making slow cooker turkey soup in the dreary days of February. It's easy and delicious and it makes my week. I highly recommend it to everyone who hosts Thanksgiving and has room in their freezer.

Haven't seen him on a bus lately...
Is he restricted to the Red Line?

This is a triumph!

Our persistence pressured Dukakis to publicly declare his decision to desist his deranged desecration of our dead.

UGH! One year I took the turkey carcass and boiled water. I threw in some celery, some onions, some carrots and the turkey bones. YUK! The house smelled like a wet dog. Never again. I went to my brothers house for Thanksgiving today and my sister in law was boxing up leftovers for guests to take home. I begged her...not for me. You'd be throwing it away. The next time I will eat turkey will be--God willing--when I come next year.
