Empty Harbor

I ventured out this week for a walk around Castle Island and, in addition to noticing the many mask-less faces, I gazed out at the calm, empty harbor. It reminded me of those eerily quiet days after 9/11.

Has recreational boating been banned in Boston Harbor?
