Bradley had plenty of time to observe a truck flipped on its side on the inbound turnpike near the Allston onramp shortly before 3 p.m. He noticed the driver appeared to have gotten out OK.

Well at least it looks like he has kind of an excuse. That road looks awful slippery.

It's horrible that the driver of the truck had that kind of roll-over accident. He may have been driving too fast for the existing conditions, which is how the majority (though not all) of motor vehicular accidents occur.
