It’s a struggle out here. Everyone getting layed off. Unemployment isn’t paying enough to live off. Stick up the corner store and that $200 dollars you get from that will at least feed you for a few days.

On a regular basis for a long time, even when the economy was booming pre-COVID. They're low hanging fruit. They aren't doing it to buy food or necessities. TG the clerk wasn't murdered.

It's ALL the way wrong though. Yes, times are sure tough but taking from the next person is wrong. You don't necessarily know their situation either.

They could have a bunch of kids at home & are trying to stay afloat.
