Maybe but didn’t he enact a civilian oversight process for the police yesterday? I don’t know what the response from the union was but they probably weren’t happy with the mayor’s decision

Because the complaints and appeals still have to go through civil service. And leaving civil service is a good 15%-20% raise from what I’ve heard.

The majority of people in this country want social justice.
