Somebody takes a shot at the South Bay Target

Around 9:10 p.m., by one of two men who then jumped into a car and sped off. At least one bullet hit the Target, but nobody injured.

What could the city or state have done about this?
Should we be stopping people at the NH border and checking their cars? Because that's where the guns are coming from.
Southbay needs to be redeveloped
That parking lot with a few stores attached seems to attract the worst of the worst in Boston. Replace the parking lot with a garage and housing, and build on top of the big box stores, and I’m sure a lot of the issues they have will go away.
