Boston Police report arresting a Somerville man on charges of indecent assault and battery for an incident April 14 in which a ride-share passenger said her driver attacked her.
Sonpreet Singh 25, of Somerville, turned himself in on Sunday, police say.

Of the drivers work with more than one company, so it might be clear right away which one they were representing at the time of the incident.

Per the previous article, they arrested someone else in Acton after it happened. Different person and twice the age of the person they charged. I wonder what the story is there.

The story is that you have confused two different assaults by rideshare drivers. The man who was arrested in Acton was charged with an assault in Allston in March. The Brighton assault in this story was a different incident, which took place last week.
