By neilv on Thu, 05/07/2009 - 6:39am

This installment of the loansharking metaphor is relatively free of violence, but tune in for the next exciting episode.

Cullen is usually pretty good
but in this one, he put up more straw men than a Vermont pasture. Whover "Juan Galt" was in the commenters, guy is on to something.
Who is Juan Galt?
Icon of Hispanic Objectivists?
Mr. Galt disapproves of pejoratives like "Big Oil."
Massive corporations who have the power to buy governments and destroy countries have feelings too!
The last thing they need is some uppity-bottom punks of judgment so poor as to get journalism degrees-- ever reporting on the conduct of the strong-but-sensitive megacorps.
The successful are always being pulled down by the jealous and inferior The Man of journalists!
Death to heartless newspapers! Fly free, my sweet, dear corporations!
