A small group of protesters who initially managed to get into the closed State House via the Ashburton Place entrance, claiming to want to re-open it to the public, quickly revealed their true purpose when they started yelling, masklessly, of course, about how the state needs to ban Covid-19 shots for children, the State House News Service reports.

Who pays these people?

The people at the State House resemble the people who sent Boston City Council into a Zoom session last week. They obviously don't work during the day.
So many of these astroturfed protests have been revealed to have been orchestrated by groups using casting/"talent" agencies to staff their stunts. I doubt these people are super passionate about visiting the State House, but they are passionate about cashing checks.
Who funds this bullsh*t?

Also, please tell me that--at a minimum--that all these idiots will be charged with criminal trespass and fined for not wearing masks (isn't it $300)?

How did these losers get inside?

I visited the Statehouse a couple of years ago and was detained for about 45 minutes when the state/storm troopers found fingernail clippers in my bag. The 2 geniuses “investigated” and eventually let me go, after confiscating the nail clippers.

How many actually live in Massachusetts?
I remember an earlier "lets drive around a lot" tantrum that had half the plates from out of state.

Open The State House?
By John Costello
Wed, 02/09/2022 - 11:53am
Yes.
Do these crackpots have a right to protest? Yes.
Are they nuts? Yes.
Should the State House and Other State Office Buildings Be Open? Yes.
A long time refrain from the house and senate has been so and so is "In The District" has been replaced by "Working From Home". With the mask mandate for schools being lifted, state employees should get back on Beacon Hill (and 10 Park Plaza). That will help the downtown core greatly, especially for businesses along Beacon Street and Cambridge Street.
If the work from home is the new standard, then the State should sell their nice big two skyscrapers on Ashburton Place and 100 Cambridge since apparently they are not needed.
100 Cambridge

The state sold 100 Cambridge St years ago. It has also significantly reduced the amount office space it leases downtown to save the commonwealth money.
Fully agree the State House should be reopened. It's too secretive already.
I half agree with them

In that there's no reason for the State House to be closed.
Now, open state office buildings with a mask requirement? Sure.
Open state office buildings because vaccines are evil? That's just a certain kind of crazy that would have probably manifested itself differently if public health authorities in Wuhan (or employees at the WIV) did their job right.

…. should definitely be open again. But do these people think acting like the Capital invaders is the way to go? Probably yes.
I wish it wasn’t them pushing for this. They just make the argument for keeping them closed stronger.
