Citizen complaint of the day: Boobs on display in South Boston

A citizen in need of a fainting couch filed a 311 complaint about one of those LED signboards at O and East 2nd streets that apparently has an unlocked control panel:

Sign at O and second that has said nothing but Southie for weeks (and is taking up a parking spot) now says Southie boobs. Can someone get rid of this? What is happening?

Pic or it didn't happen? Here ya go, khed.

Earlier in Southie:
Is that a traffic sign on your pole or are you just glad to see me?

Is it remote? Back in my day they had a keypad, and a password that was usually not changed from the default.

(Note: Never mess with signage that would hurt someone if removed/changed. Only mess with informational signage if you must.)
