Based on the photo, that's only a block or so from the Boston-Brookline border, and close to an intersection where I've seen tom turkeys displaying to females.

The TLF is strong in Greater Boston. Not only will this turkey not face charges... even the Department of Agriculture would not dare to connect turkeys to the disappearance of the Roslindale Bull.
