Guy is following seniors from T stops in several neighborhoods and ripping gold chains off their necks, police say
Boston Police report a guy has been looking for chain-wearing seniors getting off buses or trains in Hyde Park, Mattapan, Jamaica Plain and West Roxbury, then following them and ripping the chains off their necks.
Since June of 2024, a male suspect (possibly a Hispanic male, 5’6” in height, and 18-20 years old), wore a hooded sweatshirt tightened around his head, followed victims from a bus or train station and robbed them of their gold chains. Victims have been between the ages of 60-70 years old and the chains were forcibly ripped from their necks.
Police say the chain ripper last struck Aug. 4, on Harvard Avenue near Everett Street in Hyde Park - where, after ripping a chain off the victim's neck, he ran to Everett Street and then Hyde Park Avenue. Police summoned Boston EMS to check out the person.
Police have posted numerous photos. If he looks familiar, contact detectives at 617-343-5607 or the anonymous tip line by calling 800-494-TIPS or by texting TIP to CRIME (27463).

after telling a lie to other people, that's something to take up with a professional..
Because Texas is so shitty
Because Texas is so shitty that they don't have subway stations? Good point.
not true according to the stats...

looks like texas is one of the top 10 states for petty larceny, way higher than Massachusetts.

Third world in under one term
What, Moscow?
I mean I guess you could call Putin's reign "one term"...
This is an article about Boston...
not Russia. Try to follow along.
Good point
There was never, ever crime like this under Walsh. Until Wu became mayor, you could leave gold bars on your doorstep for safe keeping, hard drugs were those labeled "extra strength" at CVS, and every BPS graduate got a merit scholarship to the Ivy League school of their choice.
Liberals destroyed the utopia that was once Boston.
