Workers at four hotels now on picket lines

Some 900 members of UNITE HERE Local 26 went on strike this morning at the Hilton Park Plaza, Hilton Logan Airport, Hilton-Hampton Inn Boston Seaport, and Fairmont Copley Plaza over wages and against staffing and service cuts.

Hotel workers are among the most exploited and mistreated.

Picketing is hard work too. Hope they get better working conditions.

According to the Washington Post: 10,000 workers in at least 8 cities, from Puerto Rico to Hawaii.
