A guy in a white cap
Went to THAT bar AND assaulted somebody?
Surely, you jest.
He probably used ...
His white claws
Truly amazing
Baffles me how companies and restaurants still are okay with having potato quality security cameras in 2024. Why even bother releasing two still images that look this bad?
Night Vision
These images are using the night vision feature on a security camera, which is why it looks so odd. And with Night Vision, the more $ you spend, the better the image is.
I am not gonna give the owner a pass here, but to be fair, night vision detects low light and flicks on. At a dimly lit bar with flashing lights, I am sure getting camera that will turn on when needed is hard.
But then again, the image quality is poor and you can pick up a 4K Night Vision camera for about 100 bucks.
I'll also state that since having cameras is more for the city than it is for the owner, the interest in upgrading these systems is next to nothing. Although I am willing to bet that in the next 10 years the licensing board will start to force upgrades, esp as the technology gets cheaper.

OK, so what happened then?
Serious enough to warrant sending the victim to the ER?
Thanks, internet rando
I think Adam's sources are pretty air-tight, unless you were there as a witness and would like to fully elaborate (i.e. give us your sources) to us what happened.
