With sympathy for the victim and their family and totally unimportant but i think of that neighborhood as the edge of Mission Hill.

Yeah, it is a JP address though.

It's literally called "Back of the Hill," so you're not wrong, but It's right on the border. I wouldn't really quibble with either classification, tbh.

It is JP. I live in this immediate area and it is most definitely 02130 zip code (JP). It is near Mission Hill. Not sure why that matter though?

On unrelated note, this homeless housing has had some minor problems since it opened but as far as I'm aware, nothing considered violent.

If you go across the street you're in Mission Hill.

Location of this is outside the Envision Hotel that houses folks relocated from Mass & Cass by the Mayor.

The city dumps them there then gaslights residents who complain about the negative impacts on the neighborhood.

What negative impacts @jpdog? I work around the corner and haven't seen any. Please tell me more about those negative impacts...

Needles, trash, harassing passerbys, car break-ins, package thefts, public drug use, drug dealing.. and a murder... I live here, I walk Craftson multiple times a day, it's had an impact. Go to 311.boston.gov and search Craftson or Envision. I'm curious what you mean by around the corner? Because that could mean Brookline Village, which, no, would not have seen a major impact compared to the immediate block around the shelter.

Around the other corner. The only side streets we cover are St. Albans Road, Fenwood Road, Vining Street, and Francis Street. Not much going on over this side and we have a purpose built drug rehab center in our area.

1% of the people seem to create 99% of the problems.
