O'Neill Tunnel became a river in yesterday's downpour

NBC Boston reports (with video of non-aquatic drivers just trying to survive the flood) MassDOT spent the night pumping out the tunnel.

Maybe the O'Neill Tunnel did flood...

...but that's not the O'Neill tunnel in the video. That's probably the Fort Point Channel Tunnel, which carries I-90 between I-93 and the Ted Williams Tunnel. The blue tiles indicate a tunnel passing under a body of water. The O'Neill Tunnel doesn't pass under water.
