Man shot in head in Charlestown

UPDATE, Wednesday morning: Boston Police report the man, identified only as black and in his 20s, died.

Charlestown Patch reports on the 5:30 p.m. shooting on Bunker Hill Street.

This explains the 5 or so cops that blasted through the north end around that time.

Any update on the vic our what happened?? I was passed by flying BHA police & BPD...I drove by the scene as the ambulances hauled ass away...the pool of blood was incredible...sad
