Man shot to death on Woodrow Avenue in Dorchester

Victim identified as Victor Lopez, also known as Marcos Blanco, 42, of Dorchester.

A man was shot in the torso in an apartment at 89 Woodrow Ave., around 11:10 p.m. Boston Police report he was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

This is Boston's eighth murder in 2020, the third in a week.

kids are off school this week.
when i grew up in somerville in the '90's, the d.p.w. had a parks/road clean-up program (enuff cash to buy a fresh pair of shell-toe adidasses or something).
