Man shot to death on Wheatland Avenue in Dorchester; around corner from another fatal shooting ten days ago

Victim identified as Calvin Boykins, 28.

Boston Police report a man was shot to death inside 82 Wheatland Ave. in Dorchester on Saturday afternoon.

Police say officers responded to the three decker there around 4 p.m. and found a man in a hallway with gunshot wounds. He was declared dead at the scene, police say.

Early on June 4, two men were shot, one fatally, on Whitfield Street, not far from yesterday's murder.

In May, 2019, a man was shot to death nearby, on Millett Street.
