Mini Methadone Mile
The Andrew T station as well as down under is turning into a mini MM. Discarded needles seen under the benches at the bus stop last week. Areas at the far end of both inbound and outbound trains are really dicey
Andrew has been like that for
Andrew has been like that for as long as I can remember. Needles and nips on the ground ain't nothing new down there. Years ago it might've been a higher proximity of empty nips on the ground rather than discarded needles but Andrew Sq is the same as it ever was, more or less.
