Man shot in the hip on the Expressway

A man was shot on the southbound Expressway, in the area of Massachusetts Avenue, around 10 p.m. on Sunday. He was driven to a local hospital; his injuries are not considered life threatening.

Listened to it on a BPD frequency, at least up until the point where they learned he was shot on 93 (he first showed up at a local Boston hospital), at which point they turned it over to State Police (I was too cheap to buy a scanner that can pick up State Police, who use a different type of radio system than BPD, BFD and Transit Police).

The Statids' Boston-area scanner appears to be rebroadcast online via Broadcastify.com
