Parents
This is both sad and terrifying , a kid that young with that many guns and using them on other people:( But what about his parents? They should be held accountable unless he's somehow renting the apartment by himself?
His apartment?
Where are the parents? I'm not sure a 15-year-old can afford the rent here.
