Man shot to death on Michigan Avenue in Dorchester

Victim identified as Jashaun Smith, 45, of Dorchester.

A man was shot in the chest on Michigan Avenue near Old Road in Dorchester shortly before 8:05 p.m.

Boston Police report the man, 45, was shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
