Boston City Council admits it broke the law ten times

No, don't worry, nothing that'll get anybody sent to jail for 40 years, just nine separate instances in which the council violated the state Open Meeting Law, many related to discussions about the BRA and the Boston University biolab. Kevin McCrea posts the two relevant sentences from the council's motion for summary judgment in the case. If you're a Boston taxpayer, you'll appreciate that the city has spent between $100,000 and $200,000 defending the indefensible - with more legal bills still outstanding.
