Jesus quoting old testament isaiah 61 in the gospels jesus talks about preaching the good news and time of Gods favor, yet oddly he stops right before the verse" and to proclaiim the day of Gods vengeance" why? because he is going to do that when he comes back..so now is day of Gods favor, just believe, but when he comes back it will be too late and u will go to hell forever and suufer loneliness depression like u never knew..not to mention torment and burning...

I call Poe's Law on this one. This is so outrageously stupid and absurd I can't distinguish whether the source is serious or a sarcastic spoof.
Also, because of the "God is coming back as an avenger" line, I can't yet rule out that this isn't just a crafty viral ad for the new Avenger's movie coming this summer.

I love your posts, man.
Me, I would have gone in a different direction, like pointing out the apparent heterosex appeal of Batman in this photo with something like "Batman is Gay- Like a Fox", or maybe point out that the photo clearly shows that he is not gay at all- he's all about the ladies.
Still, bringing up the Avengers, a Marvel version of the Justice League to which Batman belongs, pure genius.

Depending on which set of comics you choose to get your backstory from, she was a promising young botanist who was working with a professor who attempts to kill her with a cocktail of traceless poisons that ends up instead only nearly killing her and giving her a natural immunity to all poison...and even to be poisonous herself. She begins to emit pheromones which allow her mind control over nearby people of weak will. The near-death experience drives her a bit insane.
