What Mitt Romney and Tony Blair have in common
Jay writes both are hated at home. I'd add Gorbachev to the list of politicians whose reputations improve the farther away from home they get.
Dan, meanwhile, groans under the sheer weight of the first part of the apparently endless Globe series on Mitt: The Making of a Failed Governor, or whatever they call it, but promises to read the entire thing so he can point out anything that's actually interesting. I've got one thing: That front page photo of George and Young Mitt in front of some unidentified giant car? That's the 1964/65 New York World's Fair, which I know because that's Shea Stadium in the background. Oops, my Newyorkishness comes through again.

You can add Ehud Olmert to that list
