GE HQ has been downsized to 600 positions. The original deal was premised on 800 jobs, 700 of which were already filled by employees relocating from CT.
I don't have the details of the deal so i can't calculate how this development affects clawing back tax abatement,

A boat from Fan Pier to Logan could serve lots of Fort Point and Seaport businesses, not just GE. (Doubly so if the heliport can be at Logan.)
