311 complaint of the day: Cats have nine lives, right?

A concerned resident files a 311 complaint about a cat that only appears to be pining for the fjords on West 8th Street in South Boston:

There’s a frozen dead cat in front of Alfredo’s and if you decide to give him mouth to mouth CPR, please return car to the cat lady!!!! Give compressions, pump the stomachs, till he vomits… then he is alive again!!!
