When five failed Republican office seekers sued to overturn all the 2020 results in Massachusetts earlier this week, some wondered why Shiva Ayyadurai was not among them. After all, he's also suing over the results and contributed an affidavit to a now failed suit by some Trump supporters in Georgia. Read more.

A federal judge should dismiss failed Senate candidate Shiva Ayyadurai's demand for a halt to the certification of both the September primary and November election and a hand recount of all ballots because Ayyadurai waited too long to file his suit and ask for a recount and because he sued Secretary of State William Galvin when it's the governor and the Governor's Council who certify election results, which they did last week. Shiva Ayyadurai has taken time out from his busy schedule of suing the Massachusetts Secretary of State over Ayyadurai's failure to win election to the Senate this year to provide "expert" advice to a group of never-say-die Trump supporters suing the Georgia Secretary of State over their man's failure to win re-election as president this year. A federal judge said today he's willing to consider failed Senate candidate Shiva Ayyadurai's allegation that the state destroyed one million ballots to deprive him of his allegedly rightful place on the November ballot, but, no, he's not going to issue an emergency court order to bar the state from certifying the final results of both the September primary and the November general election. Hours after failed Republican Senate candidate Shiva Ayyadurai sued Secretary of State William Galvin over what he claims is massive election fraud, a federal judge schooled him - and his lawyer - in the basics of federal constitutional law, specifically the 11th Amendment, which bars federal courts from hearing lawsuits involving the way state officials do their jobs, such as overseeing elections. Update: Federal judge says candidate won't get a dime from Galvin.

Shiva Ayyadurai charges Secretary of State Bill Galvin used his immense influence over Twitter to get the platform to silence him for two weeks at a critical point in his write-in campaign for US Senate mere weeks after he had lost his bid to get on the ballot as a Republican - a campaign he says he was forced to undertake because the state committed "election fraud" - which is, of course, the only reason a household name such as himself could possibly have lost the primary to a nobody from nowhere, like what's his name, Kevin O'Connor. Seems it wasn't enough for Shiva Ayyadurai to lose the Republican primary for Senate to the man who will lose to Ed Markey. Several UHub correspondents report getting robo-calls over the past couple of days urging them to write in "Dr. Shiva" on their November ballots for Senate to avenge what he says was a conspiracy to deprive him of his rightful place on the Republican ticket. Candidate on the far right.

People are running away from him like that street scene in Borat.

EPIC CLASH Between Howie Carr and Shiva Ayyadurai

For people who enjoy a good car wreck, skip to 2:00 in this video. Right-winger Shiva Ayyadurai, who says he invented e-mail and who is one of several Republicans looking to run against Elizabeth Warren next year, accuses Howie Carr - Howie Carr - of being a "Fake Trumper." Carr responds in classic Carr fashion - by pulling out copies of the records related to Ayyadurai's 2005 arrest on a charge of domestic assault and battery against his then girlfriend (Naturally, Carr also posted copies of those records).

H/t Ron.

He closed his tweet with the secret mating call of Massachusetts right wingers: #Fauxcahauntas.
