A Bonita Springs, FL man charged with masturbating and feeling up the woman next to him on a flight from Newark to Boston was released today on $10,000 unsecured bond and will be allowed to fly back home, but then he'll have to stay off planes - the judge in his case rejected his request to fly to professional conferences while his case is pending. The US government, Massachusetts, several other states and the District of Columbia today filed an anti-trust suit against American and JetBlue - Logan's largest airline - alleging that a route-sharing deal between them will dramatically limit consumer choice and raise the cost of flying to and from Logan and New York-area airports.

The Supreme Judicial Court today upheld Massport's right to block an online company from arranging rental-car pickups and drop offs at Logan Airport terminals, in a ruling that hinged on a federal law intended to protect online forums from libel actions. Read more.
