…were on their way to JP. They moseyed through the Wake Up The Earth festival this afternoon.

The Hindus were just happily chanting, drumming and dancing.
Wedding was very nice - and drew quite a crowd. Chatted with a gentleman from Glasgow (who owns the Dolphin Pub if anyone has ever been - sounds like it's a football pub where supporters of the Celtics football team gather). He was quite taken with the whole atmosphere and enjoying his visit to Boston (following NY) for his wife's birthday.
Just an unusual day in a good sort of way in the Garden.

With the addition of a croquet game. Maybe more like Monet's version, rather than Manet's. Though neither has a croquet game going on. The modern camera in the middle of the blanket spoils the scene. Oh, the humanity.

...to stick those croquet things in the grass at the Public Garden like that? Not to mention what appears to be at least one open container of alcohol.

Always an excellent antidote to twisted knickers and the dreaded pearl clutching!
(BTW - that's sparkling cider they have there. Martinelli's by the looks of it. Comes in four packs at Costco)
But what would Baudrillard say?

And you never know, sparkling cider is but a slippery slope slide to..gasp ...Gator-ade or, even worse... Red Bull!!!
Oh dear.

A spike in the ground and possibly a glass of wine/champagne on a nice Saturday afternoon. What is wrong with these people?
I'm guessing had you been there, you would have filed a citizen complaint, no? People just can't mind their own business these days.
What a coincidence
