Usually trucks get stuck where Neptune and Bennington streets and Rte. 1A come together, but today's truck-related jam up, Eastie Strong shows us, was at the Sumner Tunnel entrance.

The messages change on these boards. If you take a snapshot, you might get gibberish.

They aren't actually messed up. Signs like that never come out in pictures because of how LEDs work - they are actually flashing repeatedly at very high frequency. If your camera has a high shutter speed, you're quite likely to catch the sign in between those flashes.
