Franklin Field murder victim identified as Kingston man

Boston Police report the man fatally shot on Ames Street Saturday afternoon was Dantley Leonard, 28, of Kingston.
Leonard, who formerly lived in Dorchester, leaves a young son and his twin brother, Danley.
A second person who was shot in the same incident is expected to survive.

Why? Can anyone answer why? Whenever I hear about or drive by nearby Franklin Field it reminds me of Kimberly Rae back in the early 90s. I'll never forget how much that affected many of us. So much violence hitting FF over the years.
Why?
There are too many people with guns and bad intentions. No regard for their lives or others.. Also retaliation shootings. Gang initiation requirements to use a gun to kill.
It is too easy for people to get illegally bought or stolen weapons.
So we grieve, have fear, anger, and keep asking why?
