Second man charged for brutal death of woman in East Boston garage

Boston Police report arresting Angel Ramos, 21, of East Boston, on murder charges for the death of Blanca Lainez, found dead of "traumatic injuries" in a Princeton Street garage on June 15.

Jose Hernandez, 16, was charged with murder in July.
