Ortiz was arraigned in BMC Roxbury, whereas the Globe is reporting that Auch was arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court. Any idea why the difference, or if this is incorrect?
Maybe indicted in the meantime?

Usually, you're arraigned in whichever district court has jurisdiction over the crime scene, then, after you're indicted (which is always the case with murders), you get arraigned again, this time in Suffolk Superior Court, on the more specific charges (so rather than just murder, say, first-degree murder). The second suspect has been on the lam for awhile, so if he's already been indicted, going straight to Suffolk Superior Court would make sense.
