The T is reporting "minor" delays in both directions due to an inbound Red Line train that made North Quincy its final destination around 9:40 a.m.

They were also announcing "delays in both directions" (I can't remember if they were "minor" or "major"-- does anyone feel like there's a meaningful distinction?) due to a disabled train at JFK, when I boarded around 8:45 this morning.
