Also noticed everyone is being wicked smaht and using plastic. No one want to stumble on a half buried bottle.
Anyways, let's take time to thank the MWRA, the Conservation Law Foundation, and a bunch of other people.
We now have pristine beaches just minuets from downtown, a seaport district companies want to move to, and the Charles River As a central jewel.

'Past Blue Ribbon'...anyway, maybe M st. is in Boston, so beach might be Boston cops. I dunno, not sure about jurisdiction.

Therefore, the Massachusetts State Police has jurisdiction. They also have the jurisdiction on Day Boulevard, so it's not until you hit Columbia Road that the BPD would get involved.
