Governor did something fishy in JP yesterday

In what has become an annual tradition for governors of the Commonwealth, Charlie Baker went down to Jamaica Pond yesterday to join with local school kids and City Councilor Matt O'Malley to restock the pond with fish.

Maybe I've got a twisted view
Maybe I've got a twisted view, but the still shot on the youtube video makes it look like he's eating a fish he caught with his bare hands.
Forbidden pool?
Nice and cool, nice and cool, to catch a fish, so juicy sweet...(whappp!)
Hate to criticize O'Malley
But all the other guys had waders on.
Of course, he's the only one of the bunch that is at Jamaica Pond on a regular basis checking out the fishing, so I'll give him a pass.
Totally Inappropriate!
